In connection with the news of ICB AMCL First Mutual Fund regarding de-listing of the units of the fund (news disseminated by DSE on 25.08.2013 and 27.08.2013), ICB Asset Management Company Limited, Asset Manager of the fund has published a notice for special meeting of unit holders in "The Daily Ittefaq", "The Daily Samakal" and "The Financial Express" on September 20, 2013. The fund will be de-listed and trading of units of the fund will be discontinued with effect from September 29, 2013 (i.e. the next working day after expiry date 28 September, 2013). In this connection, trading of the units of the Fund will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block/Odd lot transactions will also be settled as per Spot settlement cycle from 24.09.2013 to 26.09.2013 following its de-listing process from the Stock Exchange. The unit holders whose name will be available on CDBL record on the next working day after September 28, 2013 (Saturday) shall be the post de-listing beneficiary of the fund.
